The Placement Cell of the PSV College of Engineering & Technology, is functioning effectively with an intention of achieving 100% placement for the students. The Placement Cell is maintaining a strong database of major recruiters and building cordial relationship with all of them and interacting with industry personnel regularly. The Placement cell has up-to-date information regarding the present trends prevailing in the industry and providing periodic information to the students, regarding the expectations and the recruitment procedure of the individual industry. The Placement Cell is functioning with the Liaison Officer and Department wise staff & student's Placement Coordinators.

Our Placement and Training Cell offering Career Development Programs for the students who are raring to enter the corporate world and introduce them to the prospective employers according to their aspirations and background. The Training programs have been formulated after a thorough analysis of unique requirement of various companies as the required skills will vary according to the company's requirement. We impart this training program with the help of reputed trainers. They enable our students to gain a competitive edge in the recruitment process, groom their confidence and develop their personality. Close on the heels of placement drives, the Placement Assistance Cell makes an evaluation of the performance of our students. This objective appraisal enables us to identify strengths and weaknesses of the candidates and select the strategies for improvement.
