One-Day Workshop on Graphic and UI/UX Design
Sri Ganesh College of Engineering and Technology, Mullodai, Puducherry,
successfully organized a One-Day Workshop on Graphic and UI/UX Design to
introduce students to the rapidly evolving field of digital design and user
experience. The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between creativity and
technology by providing practical insights into modern design tools, industry
trends, and career opportunities.
The session was led by Mr. P. Mahesh, Admin & Technical Coordinator, who shared
valuable knowledge on the principles of graphic design, UI/UX fundamentals,
design thinking, and the latest trends in the creative industry. Participants
also gained hands-on exposure to popular design tools such as Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma, enabling them to understand the complete
design workflow from concept to prototype.
Throughout the workshop, students explored how effective user interface and user
experience design contribute to creating intuitive, visually appealing, and
user-friendly digital products. Interactive demonstrations and practical
examples encouraged students to develop their creativity, problem-solving
abilities, and design skills.
