Placement Training
Our College organized a Bridge Course on Placement Training as
part of its continuous efforts to prepare students for professional success. This special session aimed to help students unlock their potential and develop the skills necessary to face the challenges of today’s competitive job market. The training focused on key aspects such as goal setting, making effective use of learning platforms like NPTEL and SWAYAM, developing a positive attitude, mastering self- introduction techniques, and strategies for scaling up skills to meet industry requirements.
The session was conducted by Prof. Sinouvassane, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University. With his practical insights and engaging approach, students were encouraged to reflect on their career goals, take charge of their learning journey, and approach placements with confidence.
